Home Decor DIYs
A few weeks ago I put away all the Christmas decor. I still left some wintery details, but the last couple of days I felt that I needed something new and fresh now. So it was time for some home decor diys.
In the back of my closet I found an old black and white fabric that I didn’t need. I decided to frame a piece and paint on top of another piece. You can find a little diy video I shot here.
I also decided to go through all my vases I didn’t use anymore to color them in black and white. If you mix the paint with a bit of baking powder (you don’t need a lot) it adds more structure to everything. Some people call it diy chalk paint I think. The results turned out really great.
Last but not least I picked out a very simple and old glas vase. I colored it white and painted one half of a face on it. You could call it an homage to Picasso. Hehe! Anyhow, I love it!!! 🙂
Have a great evening and an even better start into the weekend!
