Outfit Details for Headband Hairstyle: Straw Headband (similar here and here), White T-Shirt, Leather Culottes
Since I’m in love with this headband hairstyle lately and I already posted two looks (here and here), I wanted to dedicate a whole post to it. I’m going to show you how to style the headband in three different ways.
The first look is very easy as you simply style your hair as you usually would and put the headband on top of it. I always make sure I pull out a few strands of hair on the sides. To me it looks a bit more effortless and cute this way.
There’s not much difference between the second and the first look – it’s more like a tip for you in case you don’t feel comfortable with your hair open, because it bothers you when strands fall into your face: Simply take two strands of hair from the left and the right and fix them with hairpins behind your ear. This way you have your hair open, but everything stays where it’s supposed to be. It looks a bit more clean than the first look.
The third look is a simple low, messy bun. I always do a ponytail with a thicker hair bobble and don’t pull the hair all the way through (as I would if creating a ponytail). You actually create a loop with your hair. Then I arrange the hair so it still looks messy and effortless and fix everything with hairpins. At the end make sure you pull out some strands again and put on your headband and you’re done!
I hope you like these hairstyles and thank you so much for stopping by!!!
