On a hot Summer day it can be hard to get yourself to dress up a little bit as you just want to stay in something loose fit and comfy or in almost nothing. Haha! 😉 Today I want to give you my outfit recipe for a hot day.

The last days we had a little heat wave coming up and I was looking for a comfy and effortless way to dress. As you probably know I am a dress obsessed girl and especially on hot days this can come in handy as a light dress is hard to beat on a hot and humid day. But sometimes I need a little change and want to wear something different. So this outfit today is perfect for those of you who are not so much into dresses, but still want to dress feminine and cute.

For these situations I love grabbing one of my diy denim shorts and a cute top (preferably light fabric and wide shape). So I just slipped into my comfy and casual denim shorts, this cute Summer pink top and used this pink bow belt to create a waist line. Here you can see a different styling with the belt.

I loved the atmosphere the light created at this location, where we shot these pictures and how this Summer pink look just beautifully blended in there.
