Sometimes when life is getting to busy and a little stressful it’s good to take a little break. We always take a walk to clear our heads and it helps us to get creative and motivated again. Plus it’s just fun to get lost and explore.

I especially love to stroll through winter woods to gather up some cones for my decorations at home. As I already told you here in my last post I am more into traditional and simple Christmas decorations. Since I am always looking for an unique and individual style, I love to create my own wreaths and different kinds of decorations and the woods are my place to go to get all the essentials I need.

This time I cuddled up in a heavy knit sweater similar to this one or this one and wore these comfy Ugg boots. I grabbed my cute heart mittens and my go-to pompom beanie like this really cute one and was ready for our little adventure. By the way I love a red plaid scarf for the holiday season as it always adds this Christmassy feeling to an outfit – therefore I was looking for a similar style and found this fun plaid scarf with fringes and this more classic one, which is just as cute.
