I wanted to buy some denim flares for a long time now, but wasn’t really sure as I always thought they aren’t really flattering. When I discovered the ones I am wearing in this post I really liked that they were high waisted and more tight at the top. So when I tried them on, I recognized that it actually was the opposite and I thought my legs looked longer than they do in skinny jeans.

As flares (especially denim flares) are pretty 70s, I certainly had to wear one of my favorite floppy hats. Here you can see the hat in a nice autumn style (actually one of my very first posts) and here in combination with a super cute dress.

Sometimes I am in a bit of a style dilemma as I really really like crop tops, but I don’t necessarily always feel good with showing my belly. 😉 But wearing high waisted trousers or skirts with it is the perfect solution for me. The embroidery of this crop top I am wearing here is so beautiful and I really love the contrast between the white thread and the dark blue fabric. What do you guys think about this outfit and crop tops in general?
